1. General Terms

MadShare provides it's users with an infrastructure which enables the users to save any files on Internet servers. Upon the saving process, the user receives the download link with which the file can be downloaded worldwide through the Internet.

When you use the MadShare service, you being the user are hereby agreeing to our tems of service. At our discretion, we hold the right to modify, change, add or delete parts of this terms of service at any time. The files saved at MadShare shall be treated confidentially. We have the right to remove the direct linking function from our users accounts if we believe that the user has been using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing our system. Download limit for premium users is 15GB per day.

Our clients have the full responsibilty with regards to keeping thier account information secure and confidential, and any authorized users are within that realm as well. Any activity under the client's account is the clients responsibilty as well.

2. Upload terms and Regulations

Any pornography or offensive media is prohibited from our site, which includes, but is not limited to, sexual images, nudity, graphic artwork or anything considered illegal and immoral. We reserve the right to decide what is considered appropriate content from our own guidelines, and reserve the right to delete anything inappropriate without notifying the user, including images, videos or other types of works which violate third party copyrights. Material which is racist or glorifies violence is also strictly forbidden. When you upload a file to MadShare, you hereby give permission to the owners of MadShare to publish your file as they see fit, with any of their publications or other projects. All rigths to the files are relinquished upon uploading, in which MadShare and their associates can use and publish the file in any manner they wish. No finds or any other remuneration will be given to the users for the use of their files.

Upload limit is 300mb for free users, upload size is unlimited for premium users.

After 90 days of inactivity, the file will be deleted. However, every time the file is downloaded, the expiration date will move to 90 days again.

3. Law and Legalaties

Users must be aware of the laws in their location, and comply to those laws in regards to the uploading of files. This includes copyright and trademark laws as well as other as well as other legalities. Any images, videos and other files that violate current copyrights or trademarks are not allowed, and if an infringement claim is made on any of the files hosted on our site, You must remove the copyrighted file until the matter is resolved. Any disputes between participants on the site are between the participants, and MadShare will not get involved, and has no obligation to.

4. Agreements

When you become a user of MadShare, you are in agreement that MadShare holds no liability for your files being lost, or any and all business losses associated with the files. MadShare makes no claims of the reliability of the service, hosting or storing of the files in the future.

5. Claims

It is understandable that MadShare does not claim that the service shall fulfill all of your needs, that all of MadShare's services will work without errors, lags or lapses in security, that the files you find here will be accurate and proper, that your expectations in terms of quality of any and all products and services herein will be met, and errors in the software that MadShare uses will be corrected in a timely fashion, if at all.

6. Responsibility of the User

User has demonstrated that the information provided is true and accurate, current and complete. User agrees to maintain and update this information to ensure that it is true, accurate and complete. If, at any time we discover that the information provided is not true, inaccurate, not current or incomplete. MadShare reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account. Every User is responsible for all activities originating from his or her account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared or used by anyone other than the User and the authorized users. MadShare may suspend or terminate the account of Users who share their account with anyone other than the authorized User. All Users must abide by the rules set forth in these terms. Any suspicion and similar actions must be notified to us so we may correct it.

7. Modifications

Modifications of agreements and policies and our services may modify, alter or change this policy without any notice to You, at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or to discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to You.

8. Limitation of liability

MadShare is used at users own risk. If dissatisfied with any aspect of our Service or with these terms your remedy is to discontinue use of this service. It is understood and agreed that MadShare is not liable for any direct or indirect consequential exemplary damages to the User. All users are prohibited from storing or posing adult content or files involving child exploitation. All material of a pornographic nature is considered adult content. MadShare reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. All responsibility for content which violates the User's local or european law is on the User and MadShare can remove such content without any notices and block User's account.

9. Privacy Policy

We do not store any information on our members other than your email address which is used to login. We do not keep a record of what you download or upload.

We will never sell your information to any third-parties. It is strictly on our records for you to recover your login information and for us to contact you when your file is ready. IP addresses are logged for the prevention of abuse, and are deleted weekly from our records.

10. Refund/Cancellation policy

We allow refunds only if you didn't download anything, otherwise refund is not possible. Please read the FAQ section as well as the Terms of service in order to avoid any misunderstanding and in order to understand how MadShare works.

To cancel and delete your account send an e-mail to customers support.

11. DMCA

DMCA Compliance is observed. MadShare complies with the Digital Millinnium Copyright Act of the United States, 17. U.S.C SEC. 512. Any users of this website who are views and deeemd as repeat in fringers of the DMCA will be denied acess to the site in the future, in accordance with MadShare's DMCA policy. MadShare reserves the right to remove, delete, or deny access to materials and data which MadShare determines to be infringing material. Please report any abuse to our support department. We take abuse of our service seriously. If you wish to report a copyright infringement, we need you to send us a proper notification. All notices should comply with the notification requirements of the DMCA. You MUST provide the following information:

Identify yourself as either: The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or a person "authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed and provide a complete URL adress.
Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled as well as information reasonably sufficient to permit MadShare to locate the material.
Provide contact information that is reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, a valid electronic mail address.
State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
State that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
